Keith Mosley has over 25 years of legal and operational experience in workouts and restructurings, real estate acquisition and development, debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities, venture capital, private equity, intellectual property and complex litigation management. This experience spans a wide range of industries including residential and commercial real estate, banking, manufacturing, consumer products, medical device, software, internet, semiconductor and gaming.

Recently, Keith served as Vice President and Chief General Counsel of Lake Las Vegas where he led all legal efforts in connection with the successful chapter 11 restructuring of the project. These efforts included raising over $150M in debtor in possession and exit financing and the resolution of over $1B in secured and unsecured claims. Keith played a significant role in reaching settlements with critical constituencies including the local government, secured and unsecured creditors, property owners and vendors. Lake Las Vegas emerged from bankruptcy in July 2010.

Prior to joining Atalon, Keith served as General Counsel of Rhodes Homes, a large Las Vegas-based private homebuilder land development company. He also served as General Counsel and Vice President of Business Development of Action Performance Companies (formerly NYSE: ATN), and as General Counsel at Amerifirst Financial, an Arizona-based mortgage banking institution. Keith was a corporate, finance, and real estate attorney with the law firms of Morrison and Foerster and Venture Law Group.

Keith received his law degree from Columbia Law School and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Arizona State University. He is a licensed California real estate broker.
