Jill Fichtner has over 18 years' experience in the real estate and hospitality industries. She has effectively implemented business strategies and successfully executed sales and marketing campaigns. Jill is an expert in developing controls and operating procedures as well as managing human and capital resources to accomplish high-priority organizational goals.

Prior to joining The Atalon Group, Jill was an executive with Lake Las Vegas Joint Venture, a diverse asset land development and resort operating company in Henderson, NV. In this role, she was responsible for a number of operational areas including managing day-to-day sales operations, developing client relations, coordinating due diligence, and closing contracts for major development transactions in excess of $700 million in retail and bulk land sales. Previously, she served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Harris Ranch Inn & Restaurant in Coalinga, CA.

Jill received her paralegal certification from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
