

Evan Forrest has over ten years' experience in market research, politics, forward planning, sustainability, resource management, economic market analysis, entitlement, residential/commercial construction, and portfolio/asset management.
Since joining The Atalon Group, Evan has been part of the successful restructuring of Lake Las Vegas focusing on property taxes, forward planning, real estate market viability, special projects, and company management. Prior to joining The Atalon Group, Evan worked for a large private homebuilder managing land assets, determining market economics, real estate acquisition and disposition, increasing market share and strategic forward planning. Previously he worked lobbying and entitling commercial and residential land developments and influencing policy throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California regions.
He was actively involved in the promotion of alternative energy policy with both private and public entities while he was involved with the California Governor's Planning and Research Office, where his responsibilities were to promote and implement the use of sustainable energies in development and transportation. Evan played a role in the redevelopment of downtown Los Angeles as a residential center, through planning assignments with private and nonprofit companies. He assisted in the management of efforts of various private, nonprofit, and public entities to raise awareness of the benefits of sustainable energies.
Evan earned an MPP in International Relations from Pepperdine University School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Rollins College. He is a member of the American Planning Association and the Urban Land Institute.
