Cody Winterton has more than 12 years of experience in law, business, finance and real estate. As a litigator, Cody has supervised and assisted companies through all aspects of litigation, including risk analysis, development and implementation of litigation strategy, budgeting, trial preparation and discovery. Cody has also assisted companies through restructuring and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining The Atalon Group, Cody was an associate with the law firm Santoro, Driggs, Walch, Kearney, Holley & Thompson. While at the firm, Cody's experience included prosecuting and defending, on behalf of a wide variety of clients, business and real estate disputes, construction disputes, unfair business practice cases, non-compete matters, partnership disputes, condemnation actions and water rights disputes. He is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Utah and has participated in numerous real estate transactions. Cody is a member of the Nevada Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Cody received his Bachelor of Arts from Brigham Young University and his law degree from Willamette University.
