David P. Dewane has over nineteen years experience leading large-scale, multi-million dollar construction projects. He has overseen such diverse projects as several large casinos and resorts, a pharmaceutical plant, a Department of Energy nuclear facility, a hospital, and semi-custom and tract homes. David is particularly skilled in managing projects on time and on budget with a thorough understanding of cost and change control, negotiation, mechanical, plumbing, fire sprinkler, electrical, building commissioning, life safety controls, kitchen and food services, and managing subcontractor and client relationships.

Prior to joining Atalon, David was a project manager with Perini Building Company where he was responsible for managing all aspects of the City Center Project's Aria Tower, a $1.4 billion project in Las Vegas, NV. The tower consists of over 4,000 hotel rooms and over 4 million square feet with a glass enclosure envelope of over 1 million square feet. David has held other key positions with Westpac Construction, Tri Star Theme Builders, and Rhodes Homes. He is recognized for his ability to turn around delayed projects and was instrumental in finishing the Caesars Place Spa Tower, which involved a complex structural steel roof structure and pool area on schedule.

David holds a BS in Industrial Technology from Bemidji State University in Minnesota. He has also been trained in OSHA 30.
